Position SummaryAs aSales Lot Porter , you’ll play a key role in keeping ourlotorganized, presentable, and ready for customers. This is an evolving position with a variety of duties that keep you busy and challenged every day. You’ll learn the inner operations of a volume RV dealership firsthand, gain hands-on experience with millions of dollars in inventory, and help support a fun, engagingsalesteam.
Key Responsibilities- Safely move, park, and stage RVs and trailers around thelot, service areas, and display spaces.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealinglotthat showcases inventory to its fullest potential.
- Assist management with concerns and hot issues in order to keep customers happy and camping
- Work with thesalesteam to stage vehicles for promotions, events, and customer presentations.
- Support team members in show setup and promotional events— be part of the action!
- Interact with customers professionally, including helping with positioning RVs for customer walkthroughs and delivery.
- Perform generallotmaintenance— keeping walkways clear, debris picked up, and the environment welcoming.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure all vehicles and equipment are secure.
- Perform light repairs on RV's as needed.
- Learn how a volume dealership operates— gain valuable insight intosales, marketing, inventory, and customer experience.
- Room to grow within the company — many team members have grown into other roles over time.
- Work with exciting RV inventory— both inside and out depending on daily duties.

- Be part of shows, promotions, and special events— not just daily routine.
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable driving and maneuvering large RVs and trailers(training provided if needed).
- Reliable, punctual, and ready for physical activity throughout the day.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset — great communication skills help.
- Previous dealership orlotexperience is a plus but not required.
