Overview

We are a 13 store franchise looking to expand and grow. This role offers unlimited potential for growth within our company.

Pay range is $14-$20 per hour, depending on experience.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Attend orientation and on‑the‑job training.
• Communicate written and verbal instructions to customers and coworkers.
• Take and process orders over the phone and in‑person.

• Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly (may use a calculator).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigate a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
• Adhere to verbal, written, and telephone communication standards.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36 °F in the cooler to 90 °F and above in some work areas.
• Sudden temperature changes in work area and while outside.
• Fumes from food odors.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 °F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Talking and hearing on telephone.
• Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
• Depth perception.
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Far vision and night vision for driving.

• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Walking distances are short and for short durations.

Deliveries require travel between the store, delivery vehicle, and customer locations.

• Lifting: Bulk product deliveries (cases of ingredients and supplies) can weigh up to 50 lb. Cases are lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72 in. High.
• Carrying: Large cans (3 lb, 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lb), pizza dough trays (12 lb each, three at a time).
• Pushing/Pulling: Trays placed on dollies (24–30 in) may require up to 7.5 lb of force.
• Climbing: Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladders; delivery may require five or more flights of stairs.
• Bending & Crouching: Forward bending at the waist is necessary during pizza assembly and stocking; repeated continuously during the day. Crouching or squatting is performed occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reaching: Continuous reaching up, down, and forward; occasionally above 72 in to turn on/off oven controls, change prices, or lift objects to and from shelves.

• Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area, making several deliveries per shift.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Ability to maintain cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Commitment to follow all policies and procedures 100 % of the time and expect the same from crew.
