Northern One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning is a locally owned franchise representing One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, and Ben Franklin Plumbing & Mister Sparky Electric. We have been serving the Twin Cities Metro area since 1990 and are looking to hire experienced HVAC Technicians to add to our team. The role focuses on residential HVAC service, maintenance, and installation.
Requirements- Minimum 3+ years as a service HVAC technician
- Ability to run demand service calls
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and team‑player mindset (must)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Boiler experience helpful
- Professional appearance and friendly personality
- Company van, iPad, gas card & cell phone
