Our team is built around professionalism, collaboration, flexibility, and creating an environment where talented people can thrive.

At The Marchese Group, you won’t be stuck in the background. Team members work directly with clients, take ownership of accounts, and play a meaningful role in the success of the firm. We’re looking for motivated professionals who want more than just a job — people who are eager to grow their careers in a supportive, team‑oriented environment with real long‑term opportunities.

We strongly believe that hard work should be balanced with quality of life. That’s why we offer no mandatory Saturdays and a 4‑day workweek outside of busy season.

Why Join The Marchese Group?
  • Competitive salary, generous PTO package and 401(k) with company match
  • Multiple bonus opportunities, including busy season, year‑end, and client development bonuses
  • No mandatory Saturdays and 4‑day workweek outside of busy season

  • Casual, collaborative office environment with a supportive team culture
  • Exposure to a wide variety of clients and industries for accelerated professional growth
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare individual, partnership, corporate, and fiduciary tax returns
  • Manage and assist with audit, review, and compilation engagements
  • Manage and assist with interim and year‑end closings, along with other accounting projects
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual bookkeeping engagements
  • Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and trusted service
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • 4+ years of public accounting experience at a CPA firm
  • CPA license (or currently pursuing) is a plus
  • Experience with CCH Axcess, Quick Books, and Caseware is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self‑motivated professional with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
