Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist (Onsite – Ramsey, NJ)

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a temporary, onsite assignment in Ramsey, NJ. This role will support a high-volume AP environment and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and can quickly step in to make an impact.

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable processing
• Handle high-volume invoice processing with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain vendor relationships and respond to inquiries
• Process ACH payments and support payment runs
• Ensure timely and accurate coding, approvals, and entry of invoices
• Assist with account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment
• Strong Excel skills (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
• Experience with ERP systems;
  SAP is a strong plus
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work onsite in Ramsey, NJ
