Base pay range$35.00/hr - $38.00/hr
SUMMARY
We have an immediate need for a temp Account Manager starting immediately on a program that is expected to last through May. The work is related to Audience Recruitment for Brand-Led Programs. Some specific responsibilities include:
RESPONSIBILITES
- Arrange/Coordinate with travel agent speaker travel
- Enter meeting details into a database
- Mark-up and route meeting invitations
- Send invite flyer to target list or identified attendees for meeting recruitment
- Manage registration database (monitor # of registrants for cancellations) and pull reports (to send to client)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional & Strong Communication Skills – Ability to engage with potential attendees, collaborate with teams, and maintain a polished and professional demeanor.
- Advanced Excel Skills & Data Management – Proficiency in Excel, including data manipulation, sorting, filtering, and analyzing datasets to optimize recruitment efforts.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized – Strong attention to detail for formatting, revising, and personalizing invitation templates to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Adaptability & Problem-Solving – Willingness to step in and assist with various tasks, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Experience with CRM & Email Marketing Tools (preferred) – Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or email marketing tools like Mailchimp or Outlook.
- Event Coordination & Audience Targeting – Understanding of audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and recruitment best practices.
- Tech-Savvy & Comfortable with Digital Platforms – Ability to navigate Linked In, online directories, and other tools for outreach and recruitment.
- Team Player with a Proactive Mindset – Willing to collaborate, take initiative, and contribute to overall recruitment success.
