Early Childhood Teacher

Pay: $16-$17 per hour

The Learning Experience - Ramsey is seeking a dependable Early Childhood Teacher to support our classrooms and help create a positive, nurturing learning environment for young children. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children across different age groups and contributing to a well-structured, play-based early learning program.

Our center focuses on consistency, positive guidance, and hands-on learning to support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support daily classroom activities in a safe and developmentally appropriate environment

* Implement age-appropriate lessons aligned with The Learning Experience curriculum

* Guide children through daily routines, transitions, and learning centers

* Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and structured activities

* Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets health and safety standards

* Communicate professionally with families and team members

* Follow all state licensing requirements and center policies

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED required

* Prior childcare or early childhood experience preferred

* Reliable, nurturing, and team-oriented

* Ability to meet all New Jersey childcare licensing and background requirements
