DASMEN Residential is seeking a Drafter for our Renovations & Construction team to support interior unit renovations, common area upgrades, and exterior projects such as clubhouse upgrades, pools, and landscaping in Ramsey, NJ.
The ideal candidate will produce sketches and floor plans with CAD, Sketch Up and Revit, maintain project timelines, and coordinate with management to ensure timely milestones. Strong interior detailing and organization are essential.
