Preschool Lead Teacher

Pay: $17 per hour

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday-Friday

The Learning Experience - Ramsey is seeking a caring and dependable Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with preschool-aged children in a structured, play-based learning environment that supports school readiness and social development.

Our preschool classrooms focus on building confidence, independence, and early academic skills through hands-on learning, consistent routines, and positive guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support daily classroom activities in a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment

* Implement age-appropriate lessons and routines aligned with The Learning Experience curriculum

* Guide children through daily transitions, learning centers, meals, and rest time

* Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and structured activities

* Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets health and safety standards

* Communicate professionally with families and teaching team members

* Follow all state licensing requirements and center policies

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

* Prior childcare or preschool experience preferred

* Reliable, nurturing, and team-oriented

* Ability to meet all New Jersey childcare licensing and background requirements
