- Permanent position for an Engineering Test Technician for testing consumer products.
- Design and implement detailed test plans for products in development.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage including protocols, pass or fail criteria, and data collection methods.
- Conduct hands‑on product testing, including designing and setting up tests, and using lab equipment to validate product functionality, usability, and durability.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, report test findings and provide feedback on product improvements.
- Clearly document testing expectations, results, and recommendations in reports for both internal teams and external partners.
- BS Engineering or related.
- Hands‑on experience with testing and prototyping.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to learn and operate new lab equipment and technologies to support product testing.
- Understanding of statistical methods and data analysis.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), and experience with testing tools such as data loggers, Arduino, and Python.
