- The focus is on improving the engineering documentation process, and is not manufacturing or production focused.
- Primary responsibilities will include:.
- Responsible for engineering process documentation, ensuring clarity, structure and accessibility.
- Develop and standardize workflows across product development and engineering life cycle.
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in engineering processes and implement improvements.
- Lead process mapping and documentation efforts for new and existing engineering initiatives.
- Serve as the central owner of process clarity across engineering teams.
- BS or BA degree preferred. 5+ years experience in engineering process documentation.
- Strong ability to simplify and structure complex technical processes.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
