Overview
The Night Guest Laundry Attendant (NGLA) associates provide guests with a high-quality experience during overnight hours. The NGLA assists guests, including check-in/check-out in accordance with company guidelines and procedures, completes laundry responsibilities, answers phones, and ensures safety and security procedures are followed according to company standards.

Major / KeyJob Duties
- Demonstrates and promotes a 100% commitment to providing the best possible experience for guests and associates.
- Assists guests overnight with check-in/check-out and collects payments in line with company guidelines and procedures.
- Processes all laundry in compliance with company standards, including treating stains, washing, drying, and folding linens, terry, blankets, coverlets, and shower curtains.
- Processes all dishware in compliance with company standards, including washing, drying, and packaging.
- Stocks housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry rooms with appropriate products to maintain PAR levels in the entire building in compliance with brand standards.
- Processes reservations, registrations, payments, and departures in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.
- Sets up and maintains the grab-and-go breakfast in accordance with brand standards.
- Conducts periodic daily tours of the property to inspect for cleanliness and to manage trash and maintenance in line with standards.
- Complies with all company policies and procedures, including prompt reporting of safety and security issues to the manager or appropriate authorities, cash handling, and key control.
- Assists with cleaning areas of the hotel as assigned by the manager, including front desk, breakroom, guest laundry, fitness room, vending areas, stairwells, and common areas.
- Responsible for maintaining overall hotel cleanliness.
- Performs any other duties as requested by the management team.
The typical shift for this position is 11:00pm to 7:00am
