Strategic Pricing Coordinator

Overview

Konica Minolta has an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Pricing Coordinator!

• Maintain and update pricing models, tools, and databases to ensure accuracy and consistency across system
• Assist in maintaining pricing databases and tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
• Support the pricing team in preparing reports, presentations, and pricing analyses
• Coordinate pricing updates across systems and communicate changes to relevant departments.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address pricing inquiries and ensure alignment.
• Assist in the implementation of pricing strategies for new products and services
• Ensure pricing compliance with internal guidelines
• Monitor and manage department mailboxes with high-volume, time-sensitive pricing requests, prioritize and respond promptly
• Log and track all incoming requests accurately in designated log/systems, manage and update task lists and logs for tracking and analysis
• Monitor progress and escalate issues when deadlines are at risk
• Collaborate closely with Sales teams to clarify requirements and ensure alignment
• Perform general office support functions and assist with special projects.

• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills-polite, professional, and assertive when necessary.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Sales and cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with CPQ (configure, price, quote) systems request-tracking systems preferred
• Experience in business development, sales support, or a similar coordination role preferred
• Must be detail oriented with have excellent organizational and follow up skills
• Proactive and resourceful problem-solver
• Adaptable to changing priorities and fast-paced environments

• Must be open to working extended hours at month end, quarter end, and as needed (time worked in excess of 40 hours per week will be paid overtime)
• Associate's Degree in finance, economics, accounting or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 1-2+ years of experience in pricing, bid development, finance, sales or marketing
