Overview
Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a Market Production Systems Expert!
The technician will be responsible for installation, on-site repair and maintenance of our analog and digital copiers, facsimiles, multifunctional and connected digital products.
Responsibilities- Regional and market technical reviews and team meeting/webinars.
- Monthly review of product and technician performance within assigned products.
- Coaching and providing training to team members.
- Difficult problem resolution, directly and indirectly
- Pre-Sales Support
- Assist with prospects and proposals.
- Initiate new business
- Post Sales Customer Support
- Complex problem resolution, customer requirements and troubleshooting of end-user workflows.
- Seeks to maximize PP product performance, cost and quality
- Complex Network installs of MFPs and solutions and advanced troubleshooting
