Neo Genomics Laboratories is looking for a Business Systems Analyst, Lab Systems to support laboratory technology work streams within the LIMS ecosystem. This hybrid position requires collaboration with laboratory operations and IT teams to design and optimize lab system solutions.
The selected candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least two years of IT business systems analysis experience, preferably in the biotech/medical space, focusing on LIMS workflows and process improvement initiatives.
