Healthcare Nursing, RN Nurse
Position Summary
Ensures the workflow of the clinical area and directs clinical staff according to direction from Charge RN or Physicians. Maintains appropriate logs and licensing for laboratory, CLIA, vaccines and medication under regulatory guidelines. Responsible for storage and inventory of all clinical supplies. Maintains a close working relationship with physicians, Medical Director and Management. Provides direct patient care in a courteous, caring and respectful manner.
Documents accurately in EMR system according to licensure and VMG policy and procedures.
Completion of formal coursework that is equivalent to a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing. Combination of equivalent years of relevant work experience and some formal education may be considered.
ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinic or outpatient setting. Demonstrated understanding of the operations in a medical practice environment is preferred.
Skills- Current and valid New Jersey RN.
- Current and valid BCLS certification required.

Pay Range: $43.35 - $54.19 per hour. (Actual individual salaries vary depending on these factors.)
