Quality Inspector; Aerospace Manufacturing

About the Role

We are hiring a hands‑on Quality Inspector for our aerospace manufacturing facility in Ramsey. This straightforward, entry‑level inspection role requires no college degree but at least one year of experience checking physical parts or using basic measuring tools.

• Perform pressure tests on manufactured parts and specialized bladders to detect leaks.
• Visually inspect incoming and completed parts for defects, scratches, or errors.
• Use basic hand tools and electronic testers to verify part dimensions.
• Log daily test results and part serial numbers in Microsoft Excel and the company’s computer system.
• Stand on your feet for 6–8 hours per day and lift parts weighing up to 40–50 pounds.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow daily safety procedures.
• Assist teammates by performing quick quality checks across assembly and molding departments.

• Minimum 1 year of experience inspecting parts or using basic measuring tools.
• No college degree required.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable work ethic.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

Salary range: $40,000 – $55,000 per year.

First shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. No weekend work required.
