Night Manager

Quick Chek -  - Responsibilities:
Lead the night shift with energy and deliver exceptional customer service, handle concerns proactively, and set the tone for a positive, guest-first culture;
Drive food excellence—oversee daily production, keep fresh items stocked and high-quality, and ensure all food safety, prep, and sanitation standards are met;
Build and inspire the team—train, motivate, recognize, and support team members while delegating tasks to keep the shift efficient and focused;
Own store operations—manage cash handling, lottery, loss prevention, timekeeping, equipment, vendor check-ins, and ensure compliance with all policies and fuel regulations;
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment—inside the store and out, including restrooms, lot, walkways, and all work areas;
Drive results—partner with Store and department managers to achieve sales, profitability, and operational objectives while completing all shift tasks;
Stay connected and proactive—attend meetings, stay up to date on policies, communicate with leadership, and step in wherever needed to keep the shift running smoothly
