- Permanent position for an Account Manager to grow the market segment from the existing aerospace and defense business and into other mission-critical areas such as data centers, medical, transit etc.
- Manage customer relationships and develop existing and new business.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and internal teams to deliver custom solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and programs to expand company's market to industrial segments.
- Manage and grow existing industrial customer accounts to increase revenue and long-term partnerships.
- Assist in growing sales within the existing aerospace, defense, data center, medical, transit and industrial markets.
- Work closely with engineering, operations, and quality teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- BS Engineering or Business.
- Minimum 3 years experience in mission-critical (data center, medical, transit etc.) market development.
- Experience in working with OEMs and technical teams.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts and solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of government or defense contracting environments.
