Production Print Sales Support Associate

Overview

The Production Print Sales Support Associate is responsible for providing sales assistance and support to develop production sales within the dealer accounts to meet or exceed sales objectives set by management. The Production Print Sales Support Associate will work with and support the Production Print Sales and Technical Teams, the Customer Engagement Center Specialists, Product Management, Dealers, and Dealer Customers.

The Production Print Sales Support Associate will be responsible for demoing hardware and software solutions, driving professional services and assisting with sales of Konica Minolta print production and industrial hardware and software. Production Print Sales Support Associate will support the team of PPS’s and PPTC’s to handle all technical aspects associated with Production and Industrial Printing sales including: product configurations, troubleshooting, coordinating dealer and end user training, etc.

• Participate in and eventually lead dealer channel demos.
• Responsible for prompt and accurate reproduction and fulfillment of all print sample requests for all dealer channel customers.
• Support dealer and customer training and troubleshoot customer issues both remotely and in person.
• Receives, logs, delivers and tracks all activity for reporting purposes.
• Records, researches, documents, and tracks customer inquiries and fulfillment of requests.
• Requires heavy outbound phone calling, qualification, consultative selling skills, follow-up and tight collaboration with the management team.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales objectives.
• The ability to seek, establish, and maintain client relationships and provide customers with the highest standard of customer service.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• a "can do" / positive attitude..."glass half empty" applicants need not apply.
• Willingness to travel.
• Capable of multitasking within a fast-paced demanding environment.
• Familiarity with Production and Industrial Print would be a plus
• Familiarity with Preflight / Pit Stop;
  Proficient in Preflight / Pit Stop would be a plus
• Familiarity with Graphics and Adobe products;
  Proficient in Graphics and Adobe Creative
• Suite would be a plus
• Advanced time management, and planning skills
• Attend training classes to remain current with the most recent technology.
• Minimum 2 years professional experience required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• PHYSICAL DEMANDS include:
  
  Ability to sit or stand for long period of time in support of travel or customer meetings/presentations/events.
• Occasional travel (Estimated 10-20%) ride with sales representatives, events, etc.
