Inside Sales Representative

Location:Wurth USA - 93 Grant St, Ramsey, NJ 07446
Hours:8:00am-5:00pm ET Monday-Friday
Compensation:Competitive base salary plus commission incentive structure

Würth USA is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic entry level Inside Sales Representative to join our energetic sales force. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

• Initiate phone calls to engage both active and inactive clients, as well as those in unassigned regions, with the aim of creating sales orders.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects through regular contact and follow-up communications.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.

• Proven sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year experience.
• Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortability prospecting new business.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
