- Diagnose issues with control systems, wiring, and instrumentation (e.g., 4–20mA signals)
- Document service activities, findings, and recommendations
- 3+ years of hands‑on field service, maintenance, or technician experience
- Strong experience with electrical systems (AC/DC, wiring, motors, VFDs)
- Solid mechanical troubleshooting skills (pumps, valves, pneumatics, etc.)
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings and schematics
- Comfortable using hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and test instruments
- Willingness to travel up to 60% (overnight travel required)
- Experience with industrial/process equipment (pharma, food, packaging, or similar)
- Familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulics, or vacuum systems
- Basic exposure to PLC systems (troubleshooting only, not programming required)
- Knowledge of industry standards (NFPA, NEC, NEMA)
- Highly hands‑on, field‑based work with diverse equipment
- Opportunity to work independently and solve complex technical problems
- Exposure to a wide range of industrial systems and customer environments
