Lead Appliance Repair Technician

Mr. Appliance is seeking an Appliance Repair Technician.

As an Appliance Repair Technician, you are the key component in providing excellent customer service by delivering high‑quality maintenance services for our customers' appliances.

• Diagnose and repair home appliances and equipment.
• Provide cost estimates for repairs.
• Effectively communicate with the customer to ensure they understand the services needed.
• Order parts and ensure efficient use of company materials.
• Collect payment for work performed.

• Exceptional Customer Service:
  The technician is the face of the company and must provide a great customer experience.
• Getting from Diagnosis to Solution:
  The technician must explain the problem and the required solution to the customer.
• Quality of Work:
  Requires critical thinking and problem solving to fix jobs correctly the first time.
• Efficiency:
  Must be efficient with time and quick to complete repairs.
• Punctuality and Reliability:
  Must be available and arrive on time.
• Pride in the Details:
  Vehicle cleanliness, organization, and detailed reports.
• Ongoing Training:
  Research new equipment and take advantage of training opportunities.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• EPA Type 1 or Universal CFC Certification required.
• Previous experience of one year or more in appliance repair is a plus!

The pay range for this position is $60,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Opportunity to earn bonuses and commissions.
