Assistant Nursery Manager
Ramsgate
£30,000 – £33,000 DOE
Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
Morgan Jones is recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded childcare provider seeking an experienced Assistant Nursery Manager to support day-to-day operations and help drive high standards across the setting.

Key responsibilities
 
* Support the Nursery Manager with daily operations
 
* Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding care and education
 
* Ensure compliance with EYFS and regulatory standards
 
* Build strong relationships with parents and carers
 
* Assist with staff supervision, appraisals and training plans
 
* Monitor safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare standards
 
* Contribute to planning and continuous improvement initiatives
About you
 
* Experience in a senior nursery practitioner or deputy role
 
* Relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 or above)
 
* Strong understanding of EYFS framework
 
* Confident leadership and communication skills
 
* Passionate about early years development and care
A current and valid ENHANCED DBS is required for this role.
