Job Title:

Contract Administrator
Contract Length: 6 Months
Pay Rate: $25/hour

Schedule:

Monday Friday, 8: 00 a.M. 5: 00 p.M. (or similar 8-hour shift)

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract Administrator to support the full contract lifecycle from proposal through closeout. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working with documentation and systems, and is looking to grow within contracts, compliance, or business operations. This role works closely with Contracts, Program Management, Business Development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure contract files are accurate, organized, compliant, and audit-ready.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare basic proposal forms (representations & certifications, templates, cover sheets)
  • Route quote and proposal documents for internal review
  • Create, organize, and maintain contract files
  • Enter new contract awards and modifications into contract systems
  • Assist with preparation of contract kickoff materials
  • Draft routine notices, forms, acknowledgments, and correspondence
  • Collect required closeout documentation from internal stakeholders
  • Prepare contract closeout packages for review
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments
