Commercial Hvac Project Manager

Lead and coordinate large-scale commercial HVAC projects from bidding to completion. Combine estimating expertise with project management to deliver on-time, on-budget solutions. Use construction tools and software in a fast-paced environment. Drive efficiency, client relationships, and safety standards.

• Prepare accurate estimates for commercial HVAC projects using software like Heavy Bid and Pro Core.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to develop project scopes and cost analyses.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to clarify requirements.
• Develop project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar tools for timely delivery.
• Manage project execution, including procurement, subcontractor coordination, and site supervision.
• Oversee site activities to ensure safety, quality, and timeline adherence.
• Track progress, change orders, and documentation with construction management software.
• Estimate material quantities and labor from blueprints and schematics.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and verify compliance.
• Foster team communication for smooth project flow.
• Handle contracts, change orders, and procurement with detailed records.

• Proven commercial HVAC estimating and project management experience.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or P3 for scheduling.
• Expertise in reading, interpreting, and analyzing blueprints, schematics, plans, and technical drawings.
• Hands-on construction management, including site supervision and trade coordination.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam for document review and Pro Core for collaboration.

• Strong time management to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Contract management, procurement, and change order handling.
• Site layout planning knowledge (Civil 3D a plus).
• Estimating software experience (Heavy Bid highly desirable).

• Excellent communication for clients, teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Leadership and management experience.

• Project mix: 80% fast food restaurants and commercial; 20% residential.
• Work Model:
