Position: Program  Construction Manager

Program Construction Manager

The role is responsible for leading strategic planning, execution, and delivery of workplace construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects across a dynamic global corporate portfolio. The primary focus is on workplace buildouts, tenant improvements, office renovations, lab projects, and site enhancements, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.

Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • 10-12 years of commercial construction project management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing workplace, corporate office, lab, or industrial construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Prior work experience in the client's industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred

Skills & Qualifications
  • PMP, CCM, LEED, or related professional certification.
  • Experience working within technology, manufacturing, semiconductor, or corporate campus environments.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, MS Project, Box or similar project management tools.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end management of workplace construction and renovation projects from concept through occupancy.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and resource planning.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout project life cycles.
  • Oversee tenant improvements (TI), office renovations, workplace modernization initiatives, and infrastructure upgrades.
