About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated full-time Teacher in Training to join our collaborative, student-centered team. A teacher in training conducts many of the same tasks that teachers do while under the supervision and guidance of a skilled professional.
They can train to teach different levels of education such as elementary, middle, high school, and college.
We partner with local districts to provide individualized academic, behavioral, and social emotional support in small class settings where teachers truly make an impact.

What You'll Do- Collaborate with other teaching professionals
- Communicate with students' parents or guardians
- Lesson planning and materials preparation
- Grading the work of students
- Preparation for labs and other interactive learning
- Teaching lessons
- Small class sizes for meaningful student support

- Bachelor's Degree
- Applicants with completed CBEST will be prioritized
- Proficient Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, in addition to a variety of educational software programs
- Excellent reading and writing skills
- Ability to meet required Program deadlines
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Experience working with students with disabilities preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
