Capitol Academy and Capitol Elementary are seeking motivated Behavior Technicians who are passionate about supporting students with special needs, both in the classroom and the community.

• Provide behavioral and academic support to students in small-group and 1:1 setting
• Implement strategies under the guidance of BCBAs and teachers
• Encourage positive social and communication skills
• Maintain detailed data and documentation for student progress
• Communication professionally with staff, students, and families

• Consistent weekday schedule
• Supportive BCBAs and collaborative school teams
• Training and ongoing professional development

• Experience working with students with disabilities preferred
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required
• High School diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
• Must pass fingerprint clearance and TB Test
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
