As the Senior Pursuit Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work with limited guidance and supervision
• Coordinate standard (for the market) pursuit efforts, including reviewing and interpreting complicated client requirement documents
• Coordinate pursuit teams of all sizes using identified strategies, driving schedules while maintaining quality and accuracy

In addition to duties identified at the PUR 14 level:

• Coordinate pursuits of moderate complexity
• Support pre-proposal activities like SOQ's, resumes, project sheets, org charts and similar information
• Lead pursuit team meetings and review process
• Coordinate all pursuit content, drafting tailored non-technical content, and coordinate technical and subcontractor content
• Assist technical staff with developing content in alignment with the identified approach and/or strategy
• Support multiple pursuit efforts concurrently
• Coordinate and/or develop interview presentations and associated handouts
• Coordinate graphics development
• Download and share RFP/bid documents from client specific portals

Bachelor's degree preferred InDesign and PPT experience a plus.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 2+ years related experience

Pursuits Compensation Transparency In accordance with local requirements, the annual compensation ranges for this role are listed below by state or jurisdiction and reflect the applicable office location(s) within each. Final compensation is determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, internal alignment, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law.

State of California: $66,176/yr - $103,776/yr Job Grade 014
