Final Test Technician; Swing Shift

• Align, test, troubleshoot, and repair high‑power RF amplifiers.
• Tune amplifiers to meet customer specifications across S‑, C‑, X‑, and Ku‑Bands.
• Perform RF measurements using spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and other test equipment.
• Apply soldering skills for tuning and adjustments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet quality and performance goals.

• Strong problem‑solving and hands‑on technical skills.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions.
• Familiarity with RF test equipment and measurements.
• Solid computer skills.
• Soldering experience for electronic components.
• Associate degree in electronics or equivalent military/work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in RF or electronics testing (advantage).
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
