Transportation Engineering Intern
Summer 2026 – Rancho Cordova, CA

Required Skills & Experience- Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Transportation preferred
- Previous internship experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using CADD (Micro Station or AutoCAD) a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office software
- Desire to work in a team environment

$17.75 - $28.75 per hour
Program InformationDuring the summer intern program, interns gain hands‑on project experience, develop technical skills, and put classroom knowledge into action. Interns are assigned meaningful work and have the opportunity to work on projects similar to those they would engage with as a full‑time employee.

- Professional development workshops, including a career planning workshop and a DiSC assessment to learn more about themselves and how to work effectively with others.
- Summer‑long group project where interns work alongside firm leaders to address issues that will impact our future strategy.
