• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 6+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
• P.E. license required

• Conduct technical analysis and make sound decisions based on engineering principles
• Serve as project manager, defining scope, managing budget and schedule, and overseeing staff and training
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to all parties involved
• Review proposed changes and prepare reports and presentations
• Consult with clients and other engineering departments as needed
• Act as a technical expert and provide training and presentations to clients and peers

• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to supervise, coach, and train subordinates
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, GIS, etc.)
