Job summary:

Join Our Client as an Electrical Engineer in Rancho Cordova, CA a 100% employee-owned leader building bold infrastructure! Requires a BS in Electrical Engineering, 5+ years of power plant design experience, and NFPA 70/California Code familiarity.

• Develop and modify complex electrical designs, engineering calculations, and equipment recommendations for upgrades to existing hydroelectric plants.
• Manage assigned budgets, schedules, and quality requirements while serving as the responsible lead on designated projects.
• Lead production teams, coordinate multi-discipline activities, review engineering work, and delegate tasks to build project staff capability.
• Actively collaborate with internal and external team members to identify and support key client drivers on low to moderately complex projects.
