- Develop and modify complex electrical designs, engineering calculations, and equipment recommendations for upgrades to existing hydroelectric plants.
- Manage assigned budgets, schedules, and quality requirements while serving as the responsible lead on designated projects.
- Lead production teams, coordinate multi-discipline activities, review engineering work, and delegate tasks to build project staff capability.
- Actively collaborate with internal and external team members to identify and support key client drivers on low to moderately complex projects.
