Electrical Engineer III Responsibilities:- Develop electrical designs for switch gear and switchboards according to customer specifications.
- Create detailed technical drawings, schematics, and elevations considering power distribution and control systems.
- Select appropriate electrical components like circuit breakers and relays based on performance and standards.
- Oversee the verification of system functions through testing, troubleshooting, and coordinating with field teams.
- Manage project timelines from design to validation, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in electrical, manufacturing, or related engineering fields.
- Proven expertise in electrical standards such as UL, NEC, ANSI, and IEEE.
- Proficiency with electrical design software like AutoCAD, Solid Works Electrical, or EPLAN.
- Experience with high-reliability electrical assemblies, automation, or testing systems is a plus.
- Previous field service knowledge and understanding are advantageous.
