SAP Test Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Manager to lead all testing efforts for a large-scale SAP upgrade initiative. This leadership role requires deep expertise in SAP testing, a proven ability to manage testing teams, and experience aligning complex testing processes with business goals. The ideal candidate will coordinate across multiple stakeholders, drive testing strategies, and ensure high-quality delivery of SAP functionalities and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive test strategy and test plan for the SAP upgrade project.
• Lead and manage a testing team comprising internal testers and third-party vendors.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to align test coverage with functional and business requirements.
• Design and execute test cases, scripts, and test data for multiple SAP modules (SAP ECC, SAP S/4
  
  HANA, etc.).
• Ensure complete coverage and validation of SAP functionalities, customizations, and integrations.
• Identify, log, and track software defects, working with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Oversee and coordinate performance testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide test status reports and quality metrics to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, best practices, and regulatory guidelines.
• Continuously optimize testing processes, automation, and methodologies to increase test efficiency and effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of SAP testing experience, including leadership roles on large-scale SAP projects.
• Hands-on experience managing test teams, vendors, and stakeholders across project phases.
• Deep knowledge of SAP modules including SAP ECC and SAP S/4
  
  HANA.
• Proficiency with test management and automation tools such as UiPath, Tricentis, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.

• Experience with Agile and Dev Ops project environments.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools such as Load Runner or JMeter.
• Understanding of SAP integrations with third-party systems like Blue Yonder, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP Commerce.
• SAP Testing or QA certifications (ISTQB, Tricentis, etc.) are a plus.

• No mandatory certifications required.
• Relevant SAP or software testing certifications are preferred (e.g., ISTQB, Tricentis Certified Professional).
