Job Title: Service Desk
Location:Rancho Cordova, California
Pay Range:$19.50 per hour
What's the Job?
- Assist callers with registration, password resets, and troubleshooting for the Telephonic Timesheet System and website.
- Guide users through timesheet submission, claims processing, and direct deposit setup or changes.
- Respond to general inquiries regarding timesheets, payments, and system usage.
- Utilize various tools and technology including Outlook, Windows, and multiple monitors to efficiently manage support tasks.
- Provide clear instructions and support to ensure user issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Proficiency in Office and Office 365 applications.
- Strong communication skills in English and Armenian.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues in Windows environment.
- Experience multitasking across multiple systems and tools during support interactions.
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others and delivering excellent customer service.
