Service Desk

Our client, a leading organization in the public service sector, is seeking a Service Desk professional to join their dedicated team. As a Service Desk agent, you will be an essential part of the support team, assisting users with technical issues and ensuring smooth operation of critical systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative spirit, aligning successfully with the organization's mission to provide exceptional support and service.

Location:Rancho Cordova, California

Pay Range:$19.50 per hour

What's the Job?

• Assist callers with registration, password resets, and troubleshooting for the Telephonic Timesheet System and website.
• Guide users through timesheet submission, claims processing, and direct deposit setup or changes.
• Respond to general inquiries regarding timesheets, payments, and system usage.
• Utilize various tools and technology including Outlook, Windows, and multiple monitors to efficiently manage support tasks.
• Provide clear instructions and support to ensure user issues are resolved promptly and effectively.

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in Office and Office 365 applications.
• Strong communication skills in English and Armenian.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues in Windows environment.
• Experience multitasking across multiple systems and tools during support interactions.
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others and delivering excellent customer service.
