Business Analyst

Job Summary

Analyze transactional and operational data, develop clear reports and dashboards, and translate findings into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.

• Extract raw transactional data from relational databases using intermediate SQL queries.
• Import large query outputs into Microsoft Excel for detailed analysis.
• Summarize complex operational metrics using Excel Pivot Tables and Power Query.
• Design clear charts and dashboards to highlight historical performance trends.
• Translate data into actionable insights through concise reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Intermediate SQL skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and Pivot Tables.
• Experience using DBeaver or Oracle SQL Developer.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly.
• Ability to work with large datasets and identify meaningful trends.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and data visualization capabilities.
• Ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Candidates without SQL and Microsoft Excel experience may not be considered.
