BPP is seeking a Service Desk Support Technician to be the IT ambassador across the company. You will translate complex technical issues for non-technical staff and provide in-person help as part of an agile team, ensuring smooth operations from onboarding equipment to resolving printing and connectivity issues.
You’ll support diverse devices, deploy hardware with a white-glove approach, document issues in ITSM, and collaborate on security and deployment projects across departments.
