Business Intelligence Manager

Butcher Power Products, a Fresno-based manufacturer of electric motors and power transmission products, is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead our data and reporting strategy. In this role, you will own BI tools, data models, and dashboards that support production, quality, supply chain, finance, and sales decisions. You will design ETL pipelines, establish data governance, and translate complex manufacturing and commercial data into clear, actionable insights.

Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, you will develop KPIs, guide analytics projects, mentor BI staff, and present findings that drive operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction in a practical, hands-on environment.
