Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and customer data models.
• Build and manage data ingestion pipelines from enterprise systems including:
• CRM
• Claims
• Enrollment
• Web
• Mobile
• Third-party data sources
• Configure:
• Data Streams
• Data Model Objects (DMOs)
• Data Lake Objects (DLOs)
• Calculated Insights
• Identity Resolution rules
• Implement unified customer profiles and Customer 360 capabilities.
• Develop audience segmentation strategies and activation frameworks.
• Configure consent management and customer data governance solutions.
• Monitor and optimize Data Cloud performance, scalability, and data quality.
• Design and implement Marketing Cloud solutions including:
• Journey Builder
• Email Studio
• Automation Studio
• Mobile Studio
• Audience Builder
• Develop personalized customer engagement campaigns using Data Cloud audiences.
• Configure and maintain automated customer journeys and real-time activation use cases.
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with:
• Salesforce Data Cloud
• CRM systems
• External platforms
• Support campaign analytics, customer engagement reporting, and attribution models.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience developing, configuring, and deploying applications on:
• Microsoft Azure
