Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Procurement / Purchasing
Prepare project proposals by analyzing scope of work, measure sheets and purchasing agreements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Review Scope of Work to determine material and labor requirements of a project
- Ensure completion of proposals in a timely manner
- Communicate with management and team members regarding new and complex projects
- Ensure proper costs of materials and labor
- Manage RFP’s of specific area of responsibility
- Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors and subcontractors
- Maintain proper project margin
- High School Diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred, and two years of related experience
- Read and interpret documents such as measure sheets and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence. Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
- Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and Email.
