Base pay range: $69,500.00/yr - $97,200.00/yr. Starbucks is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, drive financial success, build strong teams, and serve as a local community meeting place. This role emphasizes human connection with partners and customers, autonomy in achieving goals, and alignment with Starbucks brand and practices.

• 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4+ years of US military service.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-focused environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
• Minimum High School or GED.

• Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application.
• Ability to work full-time (over 40 hours per week) including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/ or holidays.
