Base pay range: $69,500.00/yr - $97,200.00/yr. Starbucks is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, drive financial success, build strong teams, and serve as a local community meeting place. This role emphasizes human connection with partners and customers, autonomy in achieving goals, and alignment with Starbucks brand and practices.

Responsibilities- Grow a successful, multi-million dollar business: drive sales using business acumen, efficiency, and problem solving.
- Nurture talent and lead a team: engage team members, develop their skills, and build thriving teams.
- Inspire others: act as a dynamic brand ambassador and drive results through the team.
- Impact the community: integrate the business with the community to create better moments for partners, customers, communities, and the planet.
- 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4+ years of US military service.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-focused environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
- Minimum High School or GED.
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country of application.
- Ability to work full-time (over 40 hours per week) including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/ or holidays.
