** What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role**#
* Experience, Education & Certifications
** Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
* 4+ years of direct people management, including hiring, conducting reviews, supporting development, and succession planning.
* Skilled at building strong teams, promoting communication, and maintaining a positive, high-performing work environment.
* Knowledge of Transfer Agency operations and financial regulations.
* Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and core operational platforms critical to Transfer Agency management.
* Expertise in diagnosing complex system issues, optimizing workflows across departments, and establishing best practices through the development of robust, organization-wide documentation standards.
* Experience guiding teams through complex processes, providing hands-on support and practical solutions to keep everyone productive and confident during system changes.
