MIG​/TIG Welder

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a MIG/TIG Welder to join their team. As a MIG/TIG Welder, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production and fabrication teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift: Monday-Friday 6am-2:40pm

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform high-quality MIG and TIG welds across various alloys, gauges, and positions.

+ Select appropriate gas, wire, and settings for each welding process to ensure optimal results.

+ Use oxy-acetylene and plasma torches for cutting materials as needed.

+ Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, specifications, and schematics to accurately fabricate and repair metal components.

+ Inspect welds visually to ensure quality and identify any defects, maintaining safety and quality standards.

** What's Needed?*
* + Ability to read and understand welding blueprints and written instructions.

+ Strong knowledge of MIG & TIG welding processes.

+ Capability to achieve or maintain forklift certification.

+ Ability to obtain D1.1 or D1.3 structural welding certifications as needed.

+

Experience with multi-pass welds, stack-ups, and welding up to 2-inch deep holes.
