Job DescriptionAt Teledyne Microwave Solutions, you will play an important role in supporting the production of advanced microwave and radio frequency technologies used across aerospace, defense, communications, space, and other high-performance industries. As a Material Handler, you will help ensure materials are received, stored, tracked, and delivered accurately to support manufacturing operations and maintain the highest quality standards.
What you'll do- Pull microchips and other sensitive materials for production kits using microscopes and precision tools.
- Supply materials to manufacturing teams and fulfill production requests.
- Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate material records.
- Receive, stock, package, and store raw materials and subassemblies.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory activities.
- Replenish inventory and help resolve material shortages.
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Process raw material orders and maintain inventory availability.
- Support internal customers with timely and accurate material requests.
- Follow inventory control and material handling procedures to prevent product damage.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills - required
- Ability to work accurately with fragile electronic components - required
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency - required
- Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system experience - required
- Manufacturing experience (5+ years) - required
- Stockroom, warehouse, inventory control, or material handling experience (1+ year) - required
- High school diploma or equivalent - required
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work occasional overtime and Saturdays - required

Salary Range: $39,000.00-$52,000.000 The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
