  • Shift: Night Shift
  • Schedule: 3x12

    2 Years
  • Weekly Pay: $2300 to $2500
Responsibilities
  • Assess, prioritize, and provide emergency nursing care to patients with a wide range of medical, surgical, and traumatic conditions
  • Perform rapid triage assessments and continuously monitor patient status throughout treatment
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and emergency interventions as prescribed
  • Assist physicians during emergency procedures, trauma cases, and life‑saving interventions
  • Operate and monitor cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, ventilators, and other emergency equipment
  • Recognize and respond quickly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies
  • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, radiology staff, laboratory personnel, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, discharge instructions, and follow‑up care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Ensure compliance with infection prevention, patient safety, and emergency department standards
  • Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care while supporting patients and families during stressful situations
Requirements
  • Active California Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
  • Current BLS Certification required
  • Current ACLS Certification required
  • Current PALS Certification preferred
  • TNCC Certification preferred
  • Experience caring for trauma, cardiac, stroke, pediatric, and medical emergency patients
  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, multitasking, and emergency response skills
  • Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional emergency patient care
