- Position: Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (ER)
- Shift: Night Shift
- Schedule: 3x12

Required:
2 Years - Weekly Pay: $2300 to $2500
- Assess, prioritize, and provide emergency nursing care to patients with a wide range of medical, surgical, and traumatic conditions
- Perform rapid triage assessments and continuously monitor patient status throughout treatment
- Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and emergency interventions as prescribed
- Assist physicians during emergency procedures, trauma cases, and life‑saving interventions
- Operate and monitor cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, ventilators, and other emergency equipment
- Recognize and respond quickly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, radiology staff, laboratory personnel, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, discharge instructions, and follow‑up care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention, patient safety, and emergency department standards
- Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care while supporting patients and families during stressful situations
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
- Current BLS Certification required
- Current ACLS Certification required
- Current PALS Certification preferred
- TNCC Certification preferred
- Experience caring for trauma, cardiac, stroke, pediatric, and medical emergency patients
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, multitasking, and emergency response skills
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred
- Commitment to delivering exceptional emergency patient care
