Position Overview: As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities as well as nurturing existing client relationships. In this position, you will engage with potential customers through various channels, provide expert product knowledge, and deliver exceptional service to create lasting partnerships. Your proactive approach and strong communication skills will be vital in achieving sales targets and enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and qualify new leads through research, networking, and outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media.
Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their goals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in our CRM system.
Work closely with the production teams to ensure timely execution of parts getting out fast.
Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas to contribute to team and company success.
