Security Officer - Part Time Alarm Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial real estate buildings, common areas, parking facilities, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or property conditions.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, reporting unauthorized access attempts and security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.;
Prepare clear, accurate activity logs and incident reports, and communicate relevant observations to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
