Plumbing Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead our plumbing teams on a variety of commercial and industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supervising crews, ensuring code compliance, and delivering high-quality installations on time and within budget.

• Lead & Supervise:
  Manage on-site plumbing crews, including journeymen and apprentices, ensuring work meets plans, specifications, codes, and safety standards.
• Plan & Coordinate:
  Assign daily tasks, optimize productivity, and coordinate with other trades and contractors to keep projects on schedule.
• Quality Assurance:
  Inspect completed work, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all materials are installed per manufacturer guidelines.
• Safety Compliance:
  Enforce company and OSHA safety protocols, conduct daily safety meetings, and document incidents or near misses.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  Maintain accurate daily logs, timesheets, and material usage records; communicate needs and updates to the Superintendent or Project Manager.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 5 years of commercial or industrial plumbing experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Licenses/Certifications:
  
  Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred; OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus.
• Skills:
  
  Strong leadership and communication skills; blueprint reading; system troubleshooting; in-depth knowledge of plumbing codes and standards.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Work in varying weather conditions, confined spaces, and on your feet for extended periods.
